みなさんこんにちは。先日より、New World EnglishはYouTubeに新しくチャンネルを作り発信しています。

ここでの動画は学べるもの、つまりみなさまの英語の学習に役にたてるように、それと同時におもしろいものになればと思い制作しています。教育的な動画もあれば、おもしろく軽い雰囲気のものもあります。

こちらは、過去に始めて現在に続いていたり、現在から続いていくﾙｰﾃｨｰﾝやいつもの習慣についてあなたの感情を現すために使われるとても便利な表現です。たとえば、私が使った例としては、過去にYouTubeの動画を生徒さんと一緒に作り始めました。今現在も作っているし、そしてこれから先ももっと作っていきます。続いている過程ですので、私はIt has been a fun experience.と言いました。
こちらが、肯定的・否定的な経験のその他の例です。
I have been living in Japan for 10 years. It has been a wonderful experience.
私は日本に10年間住んでいます。素晴らしい経験でした。
I have a new job. It has been an exhausting experience.
私は新しい仕事に就きました。とても大変な経験でした。

New World English on YouTube
Hello everyone. Recently, at New World English we have launched our own YouTube channel. On this channel we will be uploading videos of our English lessons, conversation events, as well documentaries we have created on the topics of Kitakyushu life and Japanese culture. Here is the link to our YouTube channel:

These videos are educational, namely, they are designed to help you improve your English and at the same time, hopefully, they are interesting. Some of the videos will be instructional, whereas others will be light and funny.
Right now, we have uploaded one video, however there are more to come. If you enjoy the videos, please press “thumbs up” and subscribe to the channel. In order to get our own URL address, we require 100 subscribers.
Lastly, thank you very much to the students of New World English for participating in this video and for the other ones we have made. It has been a very fun experience.

It has been a fun experience.
This is a very useful expression that can be used to express your feelings about a regular habit or routine that you started in the past, and that you continue to do now, and will continue to do into the future. For example, in my case, I started making YouTube videos with my students in the past, I am still making them now and I will make more in the future. This is an ongoing process, so I say: It has been a fun experience.
Here are some other examples of positive and negative experiences:
I have been living in Japan for 10 years: It has been a wonderful experience.
I have a new job: It has been an exhausting experience.
